Please join us at the Wales launch webinar of our updated flagship project - Britain Talks Climate.

What do people in Wales think and feel about climate change and climate policy? And how do we involve and engage everyone when we talk about it?

In the run up to the next General Election, Climate Outreach and More in Common have carried out new research exploring people's feelings and concerns around climate issues and policy.

Part of this year's research has been a dedicated look at perceptions of net zero policy and politics in Wales, as well as the rest of Britain.

Our findings have been released as part of our Britain Talks Climate toolkit. The toolkit exists to help us better understand and engage with people’s priorities, questions and concerns. It helps us tell clearer, more compelling climate stories that resonate with people of different values and backgrounds.

Join us on 16 May, 11:00 - 12:00 for a launch webinar.

The Welsh Government's Deputy Director for Climate Change and Fuel Poverty, Elen Shepard, will say a few words at the start, along with Matt Swan from DTA Wales.

Following presentations from our lead researcher, Emma James, there will be a chance for you to ask questions from our panel, including Jenna Cunningham from More in Common and Nameerah Hameed from Climate Outreach. The session will be chaired by Alex Randall, our Head of Programmes.

With thanks to the European Climate Foundation, who funded this research, and our partners in Wales (Centre for Alternative Technology & DTA Wales) for their participation in survey design discussions.
