Public engagement training for climate experts

Climate Outreach’s public engagement workshop for climate experts is a distillation of our huge evidence base and experience into an accessible and inspiring session. 

The workshop will hone in on your role as a climate expert and trusted spokesperson. We’ll explore what this means for connecting with different audiences and influencing meaningful action on climate change.

Our half-day online workshop will allow you to:

• Take your science outside the walls of academia through relatable concepts and accessible language.
• Gain an understanding of how to connect with your audience through values and framing.
• Explore ways to tell a powerful human story.
• Gain strategies for navigating opposing views, misinformation and challenging conversations.
• Become a confident communicator with a clear vision for the role you play in gaining trust and influence with your own audiences.
